SePure 普通玻璃層析柱
簡(jiǎn)介：
層析柱主要是根據(jù)要分離的植物有效成份（多糖類，皂苷類，黃酮類，生物堿等）、化工中間體（氨基酸，蛋白質(zhì)，核酸，抗生素，維生素等）、活性物質(zhì)等物質(zhì)與層析柱內(nèi)的不同填料（大孔樹(shù)脂、離子交換樹(shù)脂，凝膠，硅膠，纖維類等填料）：
一、在不同的親和度，
二、在不同濃度的酸堿液下，
三、在不同的極性溶液下，
四、在不同的壓力和流速下
有層次的分開(kāi)不同類別或不同成份，而得到計(jì)劃有效組份或成分
sepure普通玻璃層析柱與sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱的區(qū)別在于：
1.sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱耐壓范圍3-6bar，而sepure普通玻璃層析柱耐壓范圍1-2bar，兩者的材質(zhì)及厚度均不一樣
2.sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱帶轉(zhuǎn)換接頭（軸向伸縮功能），能給柱內(nèi)增壓和調(diào)節(jié)填料層高度，而普通型無(wú)此功能，這是兩者主要的區(qū)別
3、sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱的液體分布系統(tǒng)比普通型更加優(yōu)化、更加復(fù)雜、液體分布效果更為均勻，進(jìn)液不會(huì)沖擊填料層
4、sepure 普通玻璃層析柱的直徑大到10cm，而sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱的直徑能到20cm、25cm、30cm
一般在蛋白純化、天然產(chǎn)物有效成分提取、核酸質(zhì)粒提取、大分子分離等一類填料非常昂貴的實(shí)驗(yàn)，建議使用sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱，因?yàn)閟epure plus中壓玻璃層析柱裝柱方便、分離效果理想，實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)芤淮纬晒Φ膸茁蚀蠛芏?/span>
柱子結(jié)構(gòu)：高硼硅玻璃柱體、上封頭、密封圈、下封頭、進(jìn)出料口（四氟）、篩網(wǎng)、分布器
柱體材質(zhì)：高硼硅玻璃
柱子承壓：1~2bar
耐腐蝕程度：耐酸、堿和有機(jī)溶劑[選配]（丙酮、甲wan、氨水、二氯甲wan等、san lu jia wan不能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行）
軸向伸縮：無(wú)
操作溫度：0℃-60℃
篩網(wǎng)目數(shù)：50目-500目，根據(jù)客戶填料的粗細(xì)來(lái)確定，對(duì)于一般的葡聚糖凝膠、瓊脂糖凝膠，以及離子交換樹(shù)脂、大孔吸附樹(shù)脂400目都能*阻擋。
柱的清洗:肥皂水和洗滌劑是層析柱適宜的清洗劑.如層析柱被蛋白質(zhì)沾污可用洗滌劑清洗.
柱的消毒：120℃以下，高壓消毒20分鐘。
